Hi, I'm Izabela. I design systems that hold complex products together — fintech, B2B platforms, design systems.
I'm a Senior Product Designer currently working on Screening, Globo's B2B platform for licensing content internationally. Before that I built investment products at Inter (40M+ users), designed AI-driven engagement tools at Queima Diária, and ran refund experiments at Hotmart. My work tends to live at the intersection of complex systems and clear interfaces — places where the architecture matters as much as the screen.
What I look for: products where design decisions have weight, teams that move fast without breaking craft, and the kind of complexity that makes you better at the job.
I'm currently doing an MBA in AI-Driven Innovation and UX — partly to widen my product lens, partly because I'm the kind of person who needs the input.
I use AI as a thinking partner, not a shortcut. It's most useful when it pushes back, surfaces what I missed, and helps me move faster on the parts of design that don't need craft — so I can spend more time on the parts that do.
I wrote about how I ran an accessibility audit using AI as a review partner — a 5-layer methodology, the prompts that worked, and what AI couldn't do.

Currently going deeper on JavaScript and React — slowly, on the side. The goal isn't to become an engineer. It's to design closer to the medium, prototype without intermediaries, and work better with the people who build what I design.

In practice: LLM-assisted heuristic analysis, Claude + Figma via MCP for concept iteration, navigable prototypes built with Claude and Cursor for faster dev and stakeholder alignment, and accessibility verification via Claude in Chrome.
